The quality of the ConsultantTrack experience for you and all members is based in part on the information you provide. Your profile background is used in three ways:
- ConsultantTrack can target relevant career opportunities to you based on your professional experience, interests and geographical preferences.
- ConsultantTrack may include, on a blind basis your compensation information in the Your Worth charting section. All data is aggregated and used confidentially.
- Former management consultants may choose to include career advice in their profile that will be used for the benefit of other members.
ConsultantTrack reviews all membership profiles for accuracy. Misleading or erroneous personal data will be discarded and the member will be denied access to the ConsultantTrack web site. If a member becomes a candidate for a retained search and it is learned that the profile information is inaccurate in any way, ConsultantTrack will terminate the member's candidacy and access to the site.
