ConsultantTrack is a business unit of Raines International Inc., a retained executive search firm. Raines International is an active member of the Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC), the self-governing body of retained executive search consultants. Raines International and ConsultantTrack uphold the professional bylaws of the AESC.
Confidentiality is a priority to Raines International, Inc. and ConsultantTrack. The information provided by ConsultantTrack members is treated confidentially. Members' identity and any other information provided will be protected.
We operate by the following privacy rules:
- No member can access another member's personally identifiable information.
- No third-party may access individual profile information.
- ConsultantTrack may use member profile information to determine if the member has the appropriate background for a position ConsultantTrack has been retained to fill.
- ConsultantTrack may on occasion contact a member by phone or e-mail to tell them about career opportunities, and updates to our web site.
- If a member is interested in a position that ConsultantTrack has been retained by a client to fill, and ConsultantTrack would like to present the member to the client, ConsultantTrack must first obtain the permission of the member to share their resume and personal profile information.
- ConsultantTrack may publish market studies and reports derived from our membership data. These reports may be published on our web site and shared with select third parties. All data will be aggregated and no member's individual personal profile information will be revealed.
- The Your Worth section utilizes the following information to support graphs: company name, title, location, years post degrees and compensation. This information is used in a collective, confidential basis to create averages, highs and lows, and is not identifiable in individual form, or linkable to any members.
- You may delete your ConsultantTrack membership at any time by sending an email to members@consultanttrack.com and entering "delete" in the subject line.
