Bruce R. Raines
Bruce Raines is the President of Raines International, Inc., located in New York.
Mr. Raines founded Raines International in 1969. Initially the Firm specialized in executive search for Accounting and Finance professionals but, over time, has grown into its general management focus of today.
In 1990, Mr. Raines founded the Firm's specialized practice focused on current professionals in, and alumni of, management consulting firms. After continuous growth of the practice throughout the late 1990's, and in an effort to provide additional information for a very specialized client / candidate pool of outstanding professionals, Consultanttrack.com (CT) was created. For the past three years CT has become a resource to the Management Consulting community and continues to grow its knowledge database.
Mr. Raines has recruited consultants for searches in Finance, Investment Banking, Management Consulting, Marketing, Strategic Planning, and Operations, in the United States, Canada, Europe, and Latin America. He has successfully recruited Chief Executive Officers, Chief Operating Officers, Chief Financial Officers as well as other key executives and management teams in most functional areas.
Mr. Raines is a member of the International Association of Corporate and Professional Recruitment (IACPR) and the Chair of this year's Conference dedicated to "Best Practices in Executive Search." He is also Raines International's primary representative in the Association of Executive Search Consultants (AESC) and has been an active speaker or panelist on several occasions.
Mr. Raines holds a B.S. degree in Finance and Accounting from Syracuse University and attended Brooklyn Law School.
